Suicide Prevention Resource Center

With a goal of enhancing the nation’s infrastructure for suicide prevention, the national Suicide Prevention Resource Center(SPRC) provides informational resources, technical assistance, and training to various audiences to support the strategic development, implementation, evaluation, and sustainability of suicide prevention plans, programs, and policies; co-manages the nation’s Best Practices Registry for Suicide Prevention; and supports the operations of the National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention, the public-private partnership that is advancing the National Strategy for Suicide Prevention. Established in 2002, SPRC is based at the Education Development Center.
