Rating

What This Rating Means

NOT PERFORMING
Results Not Demonstrated

A rating of Results Not Demonstrated (RND) indicates that a program has not been able to develop acceptable performance goals or collect data to determine whether it is performing.
  • Has a clear purpose and serves a unique and necessary role in the Federal government.
  • Brings substantive cases in a timely manner and successfully resolves a significant percentage of the matters for which judgements were entered in the past year.
  • Current measures do not show that the program achieves its goals of detection and prevention of potential violations of securities laws.
