Office of Medicare Hearings and Appeals

The program provides the basic mechanisms through which individuals and organizations dissatisfied with their Medicare benefits determinations may administratively appeal these determinations. The program is statutorily directed to hear these cases within 90 days.

  • Improving internal hearing and review processes in order to support 90-day statutory timeline for processing cases.
