Comprehensive lists of pertinent legislation, as well as OMB circulars, bulletins and memoranda, are included to provide you the most current guidance possible. An overview of important financial management issues and their placement within OFFM allows you to quickly assess the opportunities and challenges faced by the Federal Government’s financial management community.

In this section, I will periodically, through monthly updates, share thoughts, observations, and commentary about current developments and emerging issues in Federal financial management.

We have come a long way since the passage of the Chief Financial Officers Act of 1990, and we are better positioned than ever before to reach higher levels of performance and execution. I look forward to discussing those opportunities and achievements with you.
