  • Developing milestones/targets for the annual measures which will produce tangible outcomes and results.
  • Developing an operational plan that will incorporate steps needed to achieve goals as outlined in the Federal HIT Strategic Plan.
  • Developing additional performance measures that will link progress with achieving the goals of the Federal HIT Strategic Plan.
