An important milestone for faith-based and neighborhood organizations was reached yesterday when the President signed an Executive Order making significant improvements to the partnerships between government and faith-based and neighborhood organizations.  The improvements were recommended by the President’s Advisory Council on Faith-based and Neighborhood Partnerships.  The Executive Order provides further clarity and support to faith-based and neighborhood partnerships in their critical work of serving people in need. Check out the press release for further information about the Executive Order and the recommendations from the Advisory Council.
