Today before his press briefing, Press Secretary Robert Gibbs took a couple questions from Twitter as the next installment in the series we've dubbed "First Question." He took questions on prospects for the repeal of Don't Ask Don't Tell and ratification of the New START Treaty in the lame duck session of Congress.
