White House Announces Public Tours

Today, we are pleased to announce the resumption of East Wing and Executive Residence tours, beginning on November 5^th.

In addition, the White House will be opening its gardens and grounds to visitors on Saturday, October 26^th from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and Sunday, October 27^th from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM for the 2013 Fall White House Garden Tour. The White House will distribute tickets to the public on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 7:30am on Saturday, October 26th and Sunday, October 27th at the Ellipse Visitor Pavilion located at 15th and E Streets.

Guests are invited to tour and photograph the Jacqueline Kennedy Garden, the Rose Garden and the South Lawn. They’ll also visit the White House Kitchen Garden – the first vegetable garden at the White House since Eleanor Roosevelt’s Victory Garden.
