"We’re constantly looking for new ways to reach audiences that are relevant to the things we’re talking about," the President said about turning to Tumblr to answer questions about education and college affordability. As Karp said, Tumblr's large user base of young Americans made this a "natural spot to open a forum to pose those questions to the President."
