Summer is one of the busiest travel seasons of the year, and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has been gearing up for the increased influx of travelers at airports. In an effort to make traveling as easy as possible, TSA has spearheaded a new campaign to rapidly respond to passengers' questions and comments regarding upcoming travel.
The "AskTSA" Facebook and Twitter accounts provide quick and accurate responses to passengers' questions that cover topics ranging from airport layout, passenger logistics, and even what you can (and can't) pack.
The AskTSA team is available and ready to answer your questions 8:00am-10:00pm ET weekdays and 9:00pm-7:00pm ET on weekends and holidays. The next time you can't remember the number of ounces you can bring in your carry-on, send them a message!
Check out some questions that have been asked:
Welcome to @AskTSA! We’ll do our best to answer your questions. Give us a shout!
