Frank Lowe is a Senior Outreach Specialist for the New York City Office of Emergency Management. Frank oversees Ready New York, a campaign to encourage New Yorkers to ready themselves for emergencies. He helped spur the creation of My Emergency Plan, a workbook that helps New Yorkers – particularly those with disabilities and others with access and functional needs – create emergency plans. My Emergency Plan is now one of the most requested OEM guides, helping to prepare New Yorkers for unforeseen disasters.
