Gilbert Swink is a Reserve Officer in the US Navy and is licensed by the Coast Guard as a Master of Towing Vessels upon Great Lakes and Inland Waters. He is also an active participant in the Hampton Roads Towing Vessel Safety Seminars and the Kings Point Alumni Association. Mr. Swink has worked in the maritime industry for over ten years, and for the last six years worked for Moran Towing of Virginia starting as a deckhand and working up to Captain.
