Kelly Jo Smart joined the White House in 2015 and currently serves as an Associate Digital Producer for the Office of Digital Strategy. Prior to this role, she was an intern in the White House Photo Office. A native from Elbridge, NY, Kelly Jo earned her B.F.A in Photojournalism from Rochester Institute of Technology.
