Lydia Grose is the Manager of Engineering for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transit Authority (SEPTA). In addition to ensuring safe and efficient transit services locally, she has been a tireless leader across the industry and throughout the American Public Transportation Association. Lydia is currently the Chair of the American Public Transportation Association’s Workforce Development Subcommittee, and the Vice Chair of the Scholarship Luncheon for the Council of Minority Transportation Officials. She also provides mentoring for students at local Philadelphia area middle schools and high schools to promote engineering and transit.
