Melvin Oden-Orr is the General Counsel for his local Chapter of National Association of Minority Contractors. Formerly he served as corporate counsel with the Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet) and the Portland Development Commission. Mr. Oden-Orr has also served as an adjunct professor at the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College and tought a course on Race and the Law.
