Nate Jenkins
Nate Jenkins served as Deputy Director of Private Sector Engagement, where he managed efforts to engage the business community on issues including job creation and long-term economic competitiveness.
Prior to joining the Office of Public Engagement, Jenkins served as White House Liaison at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, where he worked in the Office of the Secretary on personnel and strategic management issues. Before that, Jenkins worked for the Democratic National Committee and the 2008 presidential election. Previously, Jenkins taught 6th-grade social studies in inner-city Atlanta as a member of Teach for America. Originally from Orlando, he is a proud Floridian who holds a B.A. in Public Policy from Duke University and is currently earning an M.B.A. in Finance and Strategy at the Wharton School.
