Sam Brown served as Director of the White House Business Council. Before joining the White House, Brown served as the founding Chief of Staff of Organizing for Action. Prior to that, Brown served as the Finance Chief of Staff for the 2013 Presidential Inaugural Committee and for the Obama-Biden 2012 campaign, where he managed the day-to-day operations of all finance staff across the country. Before joining the Obama-Biden 2012 campaign, Brown served in the same role at the Democratic National Committee during the 2010 midterm election cycle. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California and is a native of Minneapolis, MN.
