Children's Safe Water Project, Dominican Republic Retired CEO Terrence Allen of St. Joseph, Michigan and his wife Liz devote their volunteer time to the Children’s Safe Water Project, which provides clean water to thousands of families in the Dominican Republic. His volunteerism and annual project visits have inspired other Rotary clubs to become involved. Terrence Allen is being honored as a Champion of Change for his humanitarianism and contributions to public service, aimed at improving people's lives and making a better future around the globe.
