Dr. Barbara Veazey

Dr. Barbara Veazey is the president of West Kentucky Community & Technical College, an institution noted for its academic excellence and innovative partnerships with the community. During President Veazey’s tenure, the college opened the Emerging Technology Center to attract new industries to the region and the Paducah School of Art to enhance the community’s renowned Artist Relocation Program. West Kentucky Community & Technical College was recently selected as one of ten finalists for the Aspen Prize for Community College Excellence.
