At Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, Dr. Monica J. Posey establishes innovative partnerships to advance student success and build pathways to employment.  Under her leadership the community college has partnered with hundreds of cooperative education employers, the Greater Cincinnati STEM Partnership,the Health Career Collaborative, and Minorities in Mathematics, Science & Engineering.  Her numerous professional awards include the Martin Luther King, Jr. Convene for the Dream Award and the YWCA of Greater Cincinnati Career Women of Achievement.
