Will is the co-founder and president of Green Coast Enterprises (GCE), which provides a continuum of real estate services for urban areas in need of community renewal. GCE focuses primarily on coastal areas in the Southeastern U.S., and it has devoted a significant amount of resources to rebuilding New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. Project Home Again is one of many New Orleans rebuilding projects GCE is involved in. It is a $20 million philanthropic endeavor to build 100 new, energy-efficient homes for displaced New Orleanians.

Will has been named an Echoing Green fellow for 2008-10, one of Gambit Magazine’s “40 under 40” for 2009, one of Fast Company’s “10 Coolest Innovators Rebuilding New Orleans,” and one of “America’s Most Promising Social Entrepreneurs” by Business Week.
