Thank you for submitting your request to the Greetings Department in the Office of Presidential Correspondence. We appreciate your interest in obtaining a greeting.

Please note that a minimum of five weeks notice prior to the event date is required for timely processing, unless otherwise noted. Processing by the event date is not guaranteed for requests received with fewer than five weeks notice.

Each EOP Staffer may submit up to five personal requests per calendar year. A request is defined as one letter, three lithographs, or one inscribed photo. If you have frequently submitted greetings requests, please consider those who have not had the opportunity to receive a greeting before you submit additional requests. Our goal is to provide greetings to as many staff members as possible.
