Joshua DuBois is briefed by Russ Washington, director, National Watch Center, in FEMA’s National Response Coordination Center (NRCC), on the mission of the NRCC. Also being briefed is Director of the DHS Center for Faith-based and Neighborhood Partnerships, David Myers (left). DuBois toured FEMA’s NRCC after meeting with FEMA Administrator Craig Fugate and attending the Administrator’s meeting with leaders from FEMA headquarters and the 10 FEMA regions.
