President Barack Obama pauses after placing a wreath at the foot of the Survivor Tree on Memorial Plaza at the site of the September 11th Memorial and Museum at Ground Zero in New York, N.Y., May 5, 2011. The Survivor Tree, which was originally planted at the WTC in the 1970s, sustained extensive damage during the attack on 9/11.
