Montana U.S. Senator Jon Tester shares a lighthearted moment with Crow Tribal Member Donald “Del” Laverdure, who serves as Department of the Interior Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Indian Affairs. The two took part at a July event in Crow Agency, Montana, to celebrate the enactment of the Crow Tribe Water Rights Settlement.
