Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton walks with Bishop Elias Taban and his wife, Rev. Anngrace Taban, at the U.S. Embassy in Juba, South Sudan, Aug. 3, 2012. Secretary Clinton flew to South Sudan's capital for a brief visit to offer U.S. support and to encourage progress in negotiations and stress the urgency of ending disputes with Sudan over oil and territory.
