Vice President Joe Biden joined Dr. Jill Biden and Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis for the final leg of their three-day, five-state “Community College to Career” bus tour, where they highlighted innovative industry initiatives that are helping train students with the skills they need to meet area workforce needs.
