White House Office Council on Women and Girls ("CWG") and the National Crittenton Foundation (“TNCF”) will convene girls, young women, scholars,
community-based organizations, policymakers, and advocates to support girls and young women in formulating a call to action for supporting the
needs and potential of girls of color.
