White House Summit on Diversity and Inclusion in Government

Participants will elevate the importance of unconscious bias training as a lever for building equity in opportunity and an engaged workforce. The discussion will go beyond training as a lever for mitigating bias and specifically identify the nexus between behaviors of an organization’s leaders and successful strategies for inclusion.
