Vice President Joe Biden and Energy Secretary Steven Chu make a major funding announcement regarding the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Secretary Chu speaks from Solyndra, Inc. in Fremont, California and Vice President Biden speaks via satellite for the event.
