President Barack Obama today announced the designation of a Presidential Delegation to the Federal Republic of Germany to attend the State Commemoration Service for the former Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, Helmut Schmidt, on November 23, 2015.
Dr. Henry Kissinger, former Secretary of State of the United States, will lead the delegation.
