Miguel Humberto Díaz, of Minnesota, to be Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the Holy See.
Juan M. Garcia III, of Texas, to be an Assistant Secretary of the Navy, vice William A. Navas, Jr., resigned.
Deborah A. P. Hersman, of Virginia, to be a Member of the National Transportation Safety Board for a term expiring December 31, 2013. (Reappointment)
