Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to
the Republic of Austria.
Alexander G. Garza, of Missouri, to be Assistant Secretary for
Health Affairs and Chief Medical Officer, Department of Homeland
Security, vice Jeffrey William Runge.
Fay Hartog-Levin, of Illinois, to be Ambassador Extraordinary
and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the Kingdom of
the Netherlands.
Susan L. Kurland, of Illinois, to be an Assistant Secretary of
Transportation, vice Andrew B. Steinberg.
Patricia Newton Moller, of Arkansas, a Career Member of the
