STATEMENT BY THE PRESS SECRETARY
On Friday, October 9, 2009, the President signed into law:
H.R. 2131, which reauthorizes the United States Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy and amends the Foreign Affairs Reform and Restructuring Act of 1998; and
H.R. 3593, which amends the United States International Broadcasting Act of 1994 and extends the operation of Radio Free Asia for one year.
