Morgan Banning, Lawrence

Morgan is a young adult with diabetes who would have lost insurance when she turned 24 if the Affordable Care Act had not been enacted. Under the old rules, it would have been difficult or impossible to buy insurance on the individual market because of her diabetes. But now she can stay on her step-father's insurance until she turns 26, when the new law is fully implemented and she will have more health insurance options.
