PMAB Subcommittees
Subcommittees meet periodically throughout the year to develop information to help the full Board formulate their recommendations to the President and the President’s Management Council. All final subcommittee reports will be posted on the site.
PMAB has formed two subcommittees for 2014:
Transforming the Customer Service Model
This subcommittee worked to create data baseline (“as-is” benchmarks) to begin conversation regarding real estate shrinkage and embedded real estate goals into agency planning processes.

Customer Service: Driving Change at the Front Lines
This subcommittee is identifying key elements of establishing a customer-focused culture among the front-line workforce, including customer service metrics, award/incentive programs, and training techniques/tools.

Real Estate

This subcommittee is identifying private sector best practices in strategic sourcing that can be transferred to the Federal Government.

This subcommittee is improving efforts to reduce improper payments, focusing on data analytics and business intelligence solutions, and creating effective governance and oversight.

Senior Executive Service (SES) Development and Performance Management
This subcommittee examined opportunities to apply private sector best practices to improve SES leadership development and performance appraisal.
