Charles Phillips

Charles Phillips is Chief Executive Officer of Infor Global Solutions, the third largest software company providing business applications with 70,000 customers in 125 countries.  Prior to that Mr. Phillips served as President of Oracle Corporation and as a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley. Prior to that he served at a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps.   He is on the boards of Viacom Corporation, Jazz at Lincoln Center, the American Museum of Natural History, and New York Law School. Mr. Phillips has a B.S in Computer Science from the U.S. Air Force Academy, a J.D. for New York Law School, and an MBA from Hampton University.
