Justin Augustine is the Chief Executive Officer of the Regional Transit Authority in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is responsible for the vision and creation of the Loyola Avenue streetcar expansion. This $45 million dollar investment has attracted new investment along Loyola Avenue totaling $1.2 billion dollars. This expansion will contribute to a new, strong, livable neighborhood in the middle of the Central Business District.
