Misa Gonzales is a Freshman English teacher at Desert View High School in the Sunnyside School District in Tucson, Arizona. Her focus is teaching reading and writing through advanced technology in a real world application where students can be innovative, and take initiative in their learning. She regularly uses Cloud resources such as GoogleApps in her classroom. She has been teaching for the past 15 years. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona in Secondary Education, Extended English in 2011.
