Dinorah Flores Perez is a proud heiress of her parents’ Mexican and Salvadorian cultures. She grew up in Seattle, attended the University of Washington as an undergraduate, and is currently getting her master’s at the University of New Mexico. Dinorah loves teaching and is a strong advocate for social justice. Throughout her career, she has always focused on work she believes in. She currently works as an elementary school teacher at Navajo, NM. Dinorah is also a mix-media artist and, in her spare time, she loves to paint with her beloved niece.
