Hedy Chang directs Attendance Works, a national initiative aimed at advancing student success by ensuring educators, community partners, and families work together to monitor and intervene when students or schools are struggling with high levels of chronic absence. Hedy is deeply committed to two-generation solutions to achieve a more just and equitable society that draws strength from its diversity.
