Roxanne Hiller is the Site Supervisor/Teacher of the Resource Connection Head Start program in West Point, a rural town in the foothills of Northern California’s Gold Country. She currently holds her Site Supervisor permit through the State Commission on Teacher Credentialing and has been working with children and families enrolled in the Head Start Program for the past 13 years. She has a love of children, which shows through her incredible understanding of what children need and her ability to interact with them in a manner that encourages problem solving skills and cooperation along with cognitive skills that promote children’s school readiness skills. She not only does this to support children’s development but also role models this with staff, families and volunteers that are a part of the program. She resides with her husband and two children in Northern California.
