Dr. William Rom directs the New York University Pulmonary Division and Bellevue Hospital Chest Service. His research interests are in Global Health with his main interest in Climate Change and educating professionals on the health and environmental consequences. His research is on environmental lung diseases, lung cancer, and tuberculosis. He is a wilderness canoe guide and is active in protecting wilderness.
