Project Medishare, Haiti Noelle Galperin of Coral Gables, Florida spearheaded her club’s Haiti recovery efforts in the aftermath of the devastating earthquake. She also has helped raise more than $325,000 for polio eradication, Rotary’s top priority, and has led teams of Rotary volunteers to India to immunize children against this paralyzing infectious disease. A senior strategy and marketing consultant, Galperin has served on numerous local non-profit boards and has a deep commitment to international service. Noelle Galperin is being honored as a Champion of Change for her humanitarianism and contributions to public service, aimed at improving people's lives and making a better future around the globe.
