Kathryn Finney is the founder and Managing Director of digitalundivided (DID), a social enterprise that develops initiatives that increase the active participation of urban communities, especially women, in the digital space. Since October 2012, DID has reached over 1 million people via targeted online and offline activities. She’s an honors graduate of Yale and Rutgers Universities, Kathryn is considered an expert in women-centered online communities and is a frequent keynote speaker at conferences such as Professional Business Women Conference, Women’s Funding Network, and SXSW. She was named one of AOL’s Top Women in Money, Black Enterprise’s “40 Stars Under 40″, an Essence Magazine Woman of Style and listed on Ebony Magazine’s Cool List 2012. She also serves as Editor-At-Large at BlogHer, Inc, a media company serving over 40 million women.
