Ralph Graeser has been inspecting pipelines for the safe transportation of natural gas for 27 years as a Gas Safety Inspector for the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. He has conducted a number of natural gas pipeline accident investigations. He is a member of the American Gas Association’s Gas Piping Technology Committee and the National Association of Pipeline Safety Representative for the Common Ground Alliance Education and Marketing Committee, as well as a member of the Appalachian Underground Corrosion Short Course and Eastern Gas Compressor Roundtable Committees where he instructs classes.
