Readout of the President’s Call with LA Kings Captain Dustin Brown
Today, the President offered his congratulations to Dustin Brown, captain of the LA Kings, for a dominant showing in this year’s Stanley Cup. The President mentioned the perseverance demonstrated by the Kings early in their playoff run, particularly noting the team’s stunning comeback. The President also praised Brown’s play in the Winter Olympic Games and the sportsmanship that Brown demonstrated as a leader on Team USA. The President looks forward to hosting the Stanley Cup champions at the White House.
