STATEMENT BY THE PRESS SECRETARY
Today, on Friday, May 15, 2009, the President signed into law:
S. 735, the "Protecting Incentives for the Adoption of Children with Special Needs Act of 2009," which ensures that States receive incentive payments for adoptions made in fiscal years 2008 through 2012 in accordance with the Fostering Connections to Success and Increasing Adoptions Act of 2008.
