Aspen Creek Apartments

Aspen Creek Apartments, a 25 unit Multi-Family project in Jackson, will utilize the Tax Credit Assistance Program (TCAP), Rural Development Financing, and Project Based Rental Assistance. The property was originally developed in 1985 and was purchased by Gary Machacek in February 2010 with the help of TCAP money for the purpose of rehabilitation, entrance into the LIHTC affordable housing program and extension of the RD project based rental assistance.
