Patrick Vandegrift is a Port Agent with the Seafarers International Union. Patrick teaches anti-terrorism and vessel security to members of the Seafarers Union attending the Paul Hall Center to upgrade their merchant mariner skills. He also oversees the registration and shipping process for Seafarers at the Paul Hall Center.
